Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel Anytime

Muveflow subscriptions are $99 per month and may be cancelled anytime. There is no long-term contract.

When a subscription is cancelled:

• ✓Future recurring charges will stop.
• ✓The account will generally remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
• ✓Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for time already used.

Free Trial

Muveflow may provide a 7-day free trial.

If payment information is collected for the trial, the signup page should clearly disclose whether billing will automatically begin when the trial ends.

Customers should cancel before the trial expiration if they do not wish to begin a paid subscription.

Refunds

Unless required by law or specifically approved by Muveflow, subscription payments already processed are generally non-refundable.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact: support@muveflow.com. We will review the billing issue.

How to Cancel

Customers should be able to cancel through their Muveflow account or by using another clearly provided cancellation method.
