1. Muveflow Service
Muveflow provides software tools designed to help moving companies manage areas such as:
- Leads
- Customers
- Moving jobs
- Scheduling
- Crews
- Communication
- Integrations
- Business information
Features may be added, modified, improved, or discontinued over time.
2. Business Accounts
Muveflow is intended primarily for business use.
Account owners are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate account information
- Protecting passwords
- Controlling employee access
- Activity occurring through their account
3. Subscription
Muveflow is offered at:
$99 per month
Subscriptions automatically continue each billing period until cancelled.
Any applicable trial terms will be shown before the customer begins the subscription.
4. Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
Cancellation stops future renewals.
Unless otherwise stated, access remains available through the end of the already-paid billing period.
Muveflow should present subscription terms and a reasonably simple cancellation mechanism. FTC guidance emphasizes clear recurring-payment disclosures and straightforward cancellation.
5. Payments
Subscription payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Users authorize Muveflow and its payment provider to charge the selected payment method according to the subscription terms presented during signup.
6. Moving Company Responsibilities
Moving companies are responsible for:
- Information entered into Muveflow
- Their own pricing
- Estimates
- Contracts
- Customer communication
- Employment practices
- Moving regulations
- Insurance requirements
- Taxes
- Services provided to customers
Muveflow provides software and does not perform moving services on behalf of subscribing companies.
7. Customer Information
Companies must only upload or process customer information that they have the right to use.
Users must comply with applicable privacy, consumer protection, and data laws.
8. Third-Party Integrations
Muveflow may integrate with services operated by third parties.
Availability and performance of those integrations may depend on those providers.
Muveflow is not responsible for outages, changes, suspensions, or failures caused by third-party services outside Muveflow’s reasonable control.
9. Acceptable Use
Users may not use Muveflow to:
- Break the law
- Commit fraud
- Send malicious or abusive communications
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Disrupt the platform
- Upload malware
- Misuse another company’s or customer’s data
- Reverse engineer or improperly copy the service except where prohibited by law
10. Suspension
Muveflow may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary for:
- Nonpayment
- Security concerns
- Fraud

11. Availability
Muveflow works to maintain a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Maintenance, third-party outages, internet failures, or technical issues may occasionally affect availability.
12. Intellectual Property
Muveflow and its associated software, branding, graphics, platform design, and proprietary technology remain the property of Muveflow or its licensors.
A subscription provides permission to use the service; it does not transfer ownership of the software.

Muveflow provides business software tools.
Muveflow does not guarantee:
- Increased revenue
- Specific booking numbers
- Lead volume
- Business growth
- Customer conversion rates
Business results depend on many factors outside Muveflow’s control.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Muveflow will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
